01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgtaka ("bgtaka", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bgtaka website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting markets, instant games, promotional features, and any other products or services offered by bgtaka (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bgtaka platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bgtaka platform and close your account.

bgtaka reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bgtaka will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bgtaka platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the player's account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bgtaka enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of another individual or legal entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it pertains specifically to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of bgtaka or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the bgtaka platform or any other gambling platform operated by bgtaka's affiliated companies.
• You have not self-excluded from bgtaka or activated a cooling-off period that remains active at the time of attempted access.

bgtaka conducts age verification checks at registration and may require players to provide supporting documentation (such as a national ID card or passport) to confirm their date of birth at any point. Where a player is found to have provided false information regarding their age, bgtaka will immediately and permanently close the account, forfeit any balance held in the account, and reverse any outstanding bonus amounts. bgtaka operates a strict no-tolerance policy regarding under-age gambling.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, place bets, or make deposits on bgtaka, you are required to register a player account. Account registration is free of charge. Each person may hold only one active bgtaka account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other details requested in the registration form. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information held in your account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent verification check is a breach of these Terms.

bgtaka reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad transaction confirmation).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by bgtaka support will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until documentation is received and reviewed. bgtaka may permanently close accounts where verification requirements cannot be satisfied.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All player wallet balances on bgtaka are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bgtaka accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform's Cashier page at the time of the transaction. Approved payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.

Deposits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's bgtaka wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Processing times for bank transfer deposits may vary depending on the originating bank and the time of submission relative to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) banking hours. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by bgtaka's payments team within 30 minutes to 2 hours during BST business hours, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The player's account has passed all required identity and payment verification checks.
• The player has wagered the required amount of their deposit before a withdrawal can be initiated (where applicable).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied or the player has forfeited any outstanding bonus balance prior to requesting a withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the balance available in the player's wallet at the time of the request.
• The withdrawal is being made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been pre-approved by bgtaka support.

bgtaka does not charge a fee for standard withdrawal processing. However, the player's payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bgtaka's control. bgtaka reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bgtaka offers a variety of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms of each individual promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page and must be reviewed carefully before a bonus is accepted.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposit funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the applicable promotion specifies a different order.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by bgtaka. Requesting a new bonus while an active bonus is in progress will forfeit the active bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk staking strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• bgtaka reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus offers that have already been accepted by a player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

bgtaka offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and proprietary instant games (Dice and Slide) to registered players. The following general rules apply across all product categories. Specific rules for individual game types or betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface on the platform.

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on bgtaka are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. bgtaka reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. In the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the platform. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and the platform's current technical capacity.

Casino Games. All casino games offered on bgtaka — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi, and slot titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and other providers — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealer procedures to determine game outcomes. Game results are determined independently of any player's account balance or wager history. bgtaka does not manipulate game outcomes.

Instant Games (Dice and Slide). bgtaka's proprietary instant games operate on provably fair algorithms. Results are generated in real time and are not predetermined. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each instant game before placing a stake.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets as displayed within each game or market interface.
• bgtaka reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per player per day, week, or month, which will be communicated on the platform's Terms summary page.
• Bets placed after a match or event has concluded — including bets placed during a technical delay that caused odds to continue displaying after event completion — are void and will be refunded.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the rules and mechanics of any game or market before placing a bet or stake.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session or an instant game, the affected round will be voided and the player's stake returned to their wallet balance.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bgtaka platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where bgtaka determines a breach has occurred:

• Creating more than one bgtaka account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the bgtaka platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an account on behalf of a third party or accepting deposits on behalf of other players.
• Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bgtaka platform's software, game logic, random number generators, or security systems.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in gameplay or to automate account activity without human input.
• Conducting money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the bgtaka platform. bgtaka co-operates fully with relevant Bangladeshi authorities in any such investigation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bgtaka staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

bgtaka's security team actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, bgtaka reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, suspend all withdrawal processing, and conduct an internal investigation before determining the appropriate course of action. Players whose accounts are under investigation will be notified via their registered email address.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their bgtaka account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bgtaka will process the request within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recent verified withdrawal method, provided all outstanding verification and wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not yet cleared wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by bgtaka. bgtaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct as defined above.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe following a formal request from bgtaka's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• A player's account being identified as belonging to an individual who is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third-party responsible gambling authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where bgtaka closes an account due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bgtaka's discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations. bgtaka will communicate the reason for account closure to the player via their registered email address where legally permissible to do so.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinite duration by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked for real-money play, and bgtaka will take reasonable steps to ensure that the player does not receive direct marketing communications. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable in the jurisdiction in which bgtaka operates. bgtaka makes no representation that use of the platform is appropriate or lawful in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling in their location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. bgtaka's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision at a later date. These Terms represent the entire agreement between bgtaka and the player with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
